The Parent Involvement Night took place last Wed. Oct 24th and there was a very informative Powerpoint presentation given by our Superintendent, Keven Elder. Please find the file link below:
Also a wonderful opportunity to join many parents and guardians in gaining a better understanding of public education and our children/teens at the Vancouver Island Parent Conference on Saturday February 23, 2013, 8:30am-4:30pm Spectrum Community School, 957 Burnside Rd West.
COPACS has approved to reimburse each registration fee for the Saanich district parents/guardians who attend this event ( up to $3000 for all Saanich attendees ) and we are also trying to arrange transportaion via school buses from some Saanich schools, so please contact COPACS if a group of parents/guardians are going together from your school.
