We are pleased to invite you on Thursday April 11th to COPACS' regular meeting at 7pm & AGM at 8 pm. Please review the links to the agendas below for all information. As always the meeting can be attended in person or online through our MS teams link.
All PACs, voting and non-voting, are encouraged to have a delegate attend to participate in the business of the AGM:
-Receive from the Board a report of its activities of the year
-Receive a report and approval of financial statements
-Adopt a budget for the coming year
-Election of Board of Directors:
We currently have vacant executive positions for the term along with non-executive roles and committee roles. If you are interested in a role or would like more information please email us and we will be happy to discuss more.
